RETURNS

If you are not 100% happy with your KS Jewellery goods, please return them within 7 days.

PLEASE NOTE THE ABOVE DOES NOT APPLY TO ORDERS PLACED BEFORE CHRISTMAS WHICH MAY BE RETURNED AFTER CHRISTMAS FOR A NO QUIBBLE REFUND

All we ask is that you return it unworn, in its original condition and packaging.
Don't forget to include your name and address / email and whether you require refund or exchange.

Postage costs on the original order as well as the return postage cannot be refunded, unless the items are faulty or damaged.
We recommend to use a signed-for postal service for your own proof of delivery.
If your items arrive damaged/faulty, please let us know within 3 days - we will of course replace the item as well as your return postage without charge.

REPAIRS

We do repair items supplied by KS Jewellery. This, however, does not apply to earrings or nose rings for hygienic reasons.

GUARANTEE

KSJ guarantees that all metals (silver, stainless steel, gold) as well as all stones and gemstones are genuine.

We have worked hard on photos and descriptions to make them as clear and accurate as possible. However, as colours and images vary depending on your monitor and browser, and real stones and pearls vary with every item (because they are real !); we cannot guarantee that products will be exactly as seen on your monitor.  Weights and measures are as accurate as possible.
