DELIVERY

We now offer a next day delivery service.  Order an item before 1pm (UK time) and select 'registered next day delivery' when placing your order, and we will dispatch the order for delivery the following working day.

Other orders will be insured and delivered by special recorded delivery within 1-3 working days of receipt of order. If we expect the delivery time to exceed 1-3 days, due to stock shortages or dispatch problems, we will contact you immediately by phone or email to arrange a new delivery date, refund or substitution.

Deliveries are subject to payment authorisation.  Our payment service provider will only debit your card once the goods are ready for dispatch.

Postage charges depend on the value of your order: 

UK:                                              £3 UP TO £150

UK Next Day Registered:                  £5 UP TO £150

EUROPE/USA/REST OF THE WORLD:   £10 UP TO £150
 
FREE REGISTERED NEXT DAY (UK) DELIVERY ON ALL ORDERS OVER £150 

(Please note that on Fridays the postal service will not guarantee a Saturday delivery)

PACKAGING

Black is always in, always beautiful and always just perfect when it comes to match steel, silver and gold!  We will beautifully package each piece in one of our personalized black boxes,  accompanied by a high gloss black tote bag.  So no need to run around for packaging - all done for you by us!!!
